To meet the requirements of the organization's operation and development for the continuous improvement of the professional capabilities of the management team and ensure the realization of the company's strategic goals, the Human Resources and Administration Department organized and carried out a management ability improvement training with the theme of "Professional Manager Training Camp" at the beginning of this year.

This training camp consists of six sessions, with the focus on "Essential Courses for Middle and Lower-level Managers". Through a teaching design that combines "system theory + sand table simulation + case discussion", internal company lecturers integrate theory with practice, explain things in a simple and understandable way, combine research and exploration, and reach collective consensus.
