Breaking through the gap, the era of domestic RNA Ladders has arrived
Baorui Biotechnology has officially launched RNA Ladder 1000, which, together with the existing RNA Ladder 6000 and 12000, forms the first full-range RNA molecular weight standard matrix in China, filling the domestic gap. Provide cost-effective "Chinese solutions" for fields such as scientific research, diagnosis, and pharmaceuticals。

RNA Ladder, as a molecular weight standard reference, is used to determine the size of RNA samples, assess their integrity, separate and detect RNA molecules, optimize experimental conditions, and conduct quality control and quantitative analysis. These functions make it an indispensable tool in RNA research and quality control of biological products.
In 2023 and 2024, Baorui Biotechnology launched RNA Ladder 6000 (Product No. : BP-10-50) with a size of 200-6000bp and RNA Ladder 12000 (Product No. :) with a size of 1000-12000bp respectively. BP-15-50, these two high-range RNA Ladders are suitable for the analysis experiments of various Rnas in fields such as gene therapy and biopharmaceuticals.
Single-stranded Rnas with a molecular weight of less than 1000bp also play a significant role in molecular biology, gene expression research, disease diagnosis and treatment, as well as basic research.

Single-stranded Rnas smaller than 1000bp play a significant role in gene expression research. For instance, in reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) technology, researchers can use single-stranded RNA smaller than 1000bp as a template to synthesize cDNA through the reverse transcription process, and then amplify specific gene fragments to detect the expression level of the gene in the sample.
In addition, in single-cell RNA sequencing technology, single-stranded Rnas smaller than 1000bp are also widely used as starting materials for sequencing to reveal the heterogeneity of gene expression within individual cells.

In terms of disease diagnosis and treatment, single-stranded Rnas smaller than 1000bp also have certain potential. For instance, in the CRISPR/Cas system, Cas9 protein binds to sgRNA to cause double-strand breaks in the target DNA, rendering the translation-produced protein dysfunctional and achieving the effect of gene knockout. Alternatively, it binds to sgRNA near the transcription start site, inhibiting gene transcription and thereby silencing the expression of specific genes to achieve therapeutic effects on diseases.

In basic research, single-stranded Rnas smaller than 1000bp are also widely used as research objects. For instance, researchers can study the structure and function of these RNA molecules as well as their interactions with other biomolecules. These studies contribute to a deeper understanding of the crucial role of RNA in life activities and provide a theoretical basis for the development of new therapeutic methods and diagnostic tools.
In gene expression research, virus detection and genomics research, the use of capillary electrophoresis combined with RNA Ladder can provide high-resolution RNA molecule analysis results. Meanwhile, RNA Ladder can be used to verify the performance of the capillary electrophoresis system. For instance, by comparing the migration of RNA ladders of different concentrations in capillary electrophoresis, the sensitivity and resolution of the system can be evaluated.
To meet the broader experimental needs of researchers, Baorui Biotechnology will launch RNA Ladder 1000 with sizes ranging from 50 to 1000bp.






It is recommended to use newly prepared electrophoresis buffer, gel and appropriate electrophoresis conditions (voltage, time, gel concentration) to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the analysis results.
2. Select clean electrophoresis equipment and it is best to operate it separately from the DNA sample. Residual RNase in the DNA sample may affect the stability of RNA.
3. RNA is extremely sensitive to ribonuclease. To prevent RNA degradation, please wear protective gloves, use nuclease-free consumables for sample preparation, or treat the vessels with nuclease scavenger.
