Electrophoresis is an important means for determining the size of RNA samples, evaluating their integrity, separating and detecting RNA molecules, optimizing experimental conditions, and conducting quality control and quantitative analysis.
In recent years, Baorui Biotechnology has been focusing on the localization of electrophoresis products and has successfully launched RNA standards suitable for different sizes: RNA Laddder1000, RNA Ladder6000, and RNA Ladder12000. Previous customers generally reported that compared with foreign competitors, the series of RNA Ladder products developed by Baorui Biotechnology have a wider range, more accurate concentration measurement, clearer electrophoresis bands, more stable storage and cap opening, and more convenient operation。

Agarose non-denaturing electrophoresis and denaturing electrophoresis are important means for qualitatively determining the quality of RNA, but precise quantification requires more sophisticated equipment. The National Medical Products Administration's guidelines for the application of RNA drugs clearly state that the integrity of RNA molecules needs to be precisely quantified by capillary electrophoresis.
Based on the mature R&D experience of three RNA Ladders, Baorui Biotechnology has newly launched an RNA integrity detection kit that uses capillary electrophoresis to detect RNA integrity. All the raw materials contained in the reagent kit are self-produced.
For the detection of small nucleotide fragments below 1000nt, we have launched the Small RNA Capillary Electrophoresis Detection Kit (1000nt)(Catalog No. : BP-S01-03).
This product is suitable for the analysis and detection of single-stranded RNA (ssRNA) samples with a size of less than 1000nt. The molecular weight accuracy can reach ±5%. Based on the principle of molecular sieves, solutes are separated one by one according to their molecular size. Nucleic acid fragments are injected through the injection end by electric injection and pressure injection. When a high-voltage electric field acts on the capillary, the injected RNA passes through the gel matrix and migrates in the matrix according to the size of the fragments. Fragments of different sizes migrate at different speeds, and smaller RNA fragments migrate faster than larger RNA fragments, achieving rapid separation of nucleic acid fragments of different molecular weights. The product contains denaturants that can open up the secondary structure and maintain the single-stranded state of RNA, enabling more accurate detection of the purity and integrity of RNA.

For the integrity analysis of longer nucleic acid drugs, Baorui Biotech has further launched an RNA capillary electrophoresis detection kit (6000nt) suitable for fragment lengths of less than 6000nt (item No. : BP-S02-03).

Such products have been widely popular since their launch and have received unanimous praise from customers. Currently, the RNA capillary electrophoresis detection kit (12,000 NT) suitable for large fragments from Baorui Biotechnology has entered the final testing stage.
