Baorui Biotechnology offers a comprehensive range of key enzyme raw materials and premixes for nucleic acid diagnosis. These products feature excellent performance and stable quality control, and are widely used in the research and development and production of nucleic acid diagnostic reagents by numerous domestic enterprises. In recent years, Baorui Biotechnology has continuously achieved results in the expansion of upstream technologies in nucleic acid diagnosis. Its constant-temperature amplification, mRNA vaccine raw material enzymes, new automated instruments, and nucleic acid extraction series products have been successively launched on the market, which can provide customers with comprehensive upstream overall solutions.

Constant-temperature amplification


Baorui Biotechnology has obtained Bst2.0 through a high-throughput screening platform. This enzyme has been highly praised by customers for its excellent sensitivity and anti-inhibition performance. Meanwhile, through the research and development of the protein modification technology platform, it has taken the lead in launching the hot-start version of the domestic Bst enzyme, BST2.0HS, further enhancing the specificity and sensitivity of LAMP reagents.
Based on this, Baorui Biotechnology has developed a series of various LAMP and RT-LAMP isothermal amplification reagents, including visual method, fluorescent dye method, probe method, etc. All the above raw materials can be provided with corresponding freeze-drying version products.


Based on its advanced molecular biology technology and development platform, Baorui Biotechnology has, through repeated technical verification and innovation, developed a new generation of nucleic acid Isothermal Amplification technology with leading performance - Multi-Enzyme isothermal amplification (MEIA). This technology achieves amplification within 3 to 15 minutes at a relatively mild reaction temperature of 35 to 42 degrees Celsius through the synergistic action of multiple enzymes. The results can be interpreted in combination with various methods such as agarose gel electrophoresis, fluorescent probes and colloidal gold test strips.
Based on the MEIA technology platform, Baorui Biotechnology has developed an ultra-high sensitivity real-time fluorescence detection reagent: the Rapid isothermal amplification kit (MEIA Probe), which can be used for highly sensitive detection of DNA and RNA templates.




Baorui Biotechnology has now developed stable and high-yield RNA transcription-related raw material enzymes, including T7 RNA polymerase, inorganic pyrophosphatase, RNase inhibitors and other raw material enzymes. In response to the downstream application scenarios of customers, we have simultaneously developed enzyme raw materials such as varicella-virus capping enzymes, dioxomethyltransferases, and mRNA tailing enzymes. For the above-mentioned enzyme raw materials, a GMP-level quality attribute inspection plan has been established, which can stably provide customers with compliant and high-yield enzyme raw materials for mRNA vaccine production.

Meanwhile, Baorui Biotechnology, based on magnetic bead extraction and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology, We have now developed a series of products including Mycoplasma DNA detection kits, CHO residual DNA detection kits, E.coli residual DNA detection kits, Vero residual DNA detection kits, Pichia pastoris residual DNA detection kits, automatic extraction instruments and their matching reagents. It can provide professional solutions for the field of quality and safety control of biological products.



Baotaiyi Biotech, a subsidiary, focuses on small-scale detection and has recently developed the "BTE-8" 8-channel fully automatic nucleic acid extractor, which features a compact size, more flexible single-sample detection, a wide processing volume of 50-3200μL, and silent operation for rotating mixing.
The BTE-8 fully automatic nucleic acid extractor adopts highly efficient magnetic bead purification technology. Through the specific recognition and efficient binding of magnetic beads to nucleic acid molecules, and by matching with Baotaiyi nucleic acid extraction reagents and Baorui fluorescence quantitative PCR amplification reagents, high-quality nucleic acids can be extracted from samples such as saliva, swabs, whole blood, serum/plasma, and animal and plant tissues, and are widely used in various fields.
