Previous words
Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia, people's awareness of the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases has gradually increased. The demand for multi-detection of common respiratory pathogens such as influenza A, influenza B and respiratory syncytial virus in the market has been increasing day by day. Large-scale respiratory disease screening work is characterized by a large volume of tests and a wide variety of pathogens. However, the repeated preparation of reaction systems during the testing process is prone to omissions or errors, which greatly reduces work efficiency.
To address the issue of cumbersome PCR experimental operations in multiplex respiratory tract detection and large-scale screening, and to meet customers' demands for high convenience and efficiency, Baorui Biotechnology has launched Neoscript Fast RT Premix OT-UNG (Probe qRT-PCR), a qRT-PCR premix that supports full premix of primers and probes. During detection, only samples need to be added, making the preparation and use of the PCR reaction system more convenient and improving work efficiency.

Single-tube accelerated testing with primer probesExperimental conditions

Test method: Mix buffer, enzyme and primer probe to prepare the working solution, and accelerate it at 37℃ for 3 days. A comparative test was conducted using the immediately prepared working solution of the same system as the control. The results show that M5274 can remain stable in the state containing primer probes. In subsequent experiments, only the template needs to be added to achieve efficient amplification, making the use of reagents more convenient.

Accelerated stability testTest method: The premixed reagent (5×) without primer probes was placed at 37℃ and accelerated for 14 days. The experimental group stored at -20℃ was used as the control for comparative testing.
The results show that M5274 can maintain stable performance after being accelerated at 37℃ for 14 days.

Freeze-thaw stability testTest method: The premixed reagent (5×) without primer probes was frozen and thawed 5, 10, 15 and 20 times. The experimental group with 0 freezing and thawing times was used as the control for comparative testing. The results show that M5274 can maintain stable performance after 20 freeze-thaw cycles.
