The 2022EBC EasyTrade Bioindustry Conference will be grandly held at the Suzhou International Expo Center from August 25th to 27th, 2022. At that time, Baorui Bio will showcase its major new products - the mRNA vaccine raw material enzyme series products - on site.
Raw material enzymes for mRNA vaccines
Baorui Biotech is actively laying out the development of mRNA vaccine raw material enzymes in the biopharmaceutical field. Relying on a complete R&D platform and production system, it has now developed stable and high-yield RNA transcription-related raw material enzymes, including T7 RNA polymerase, inorganic pyrophosphatase, RNA enzyme inhibitors and other raw material enzymes. In response to the downstream application scenarios of customers, we have simultaneously developed enzyme raw materials such as varicella-virus capping enzymes, dioxomethyltransferases, and mRNA tailing enzymes. For the above-mentioned enzyme raw materials, a GMP-level quality attribute inspection plan has been established, which can stably provide customers with compliant and high-yield enzyme raw materials for mRNA vaccine production.

T7RNA polymerase
Accurately identifying the T7 promoter sequence and combining it with an optimized transcription reaction buffer can stably and efficiently transcribe DNA sequences into single-stranded RNA sequences, providing high-quality enzyme raw materials for mRNA production.
Inorganic pyrophosphatase
Catalyze the hydrolysis of inorganic pyrophosphate to orthophosphate. During the in vitro transcription process, hydrolyze the inorganic pyrophosphate generated by the transcription reaction, thereby eliminating the inhibition of the generated inorganic pyrophosphate on the reaction system and increasing the yield of RNA.
Rnase inhibitor
The functional proteins purified by fermentation with Escherichia coli can bind to RNases through non-covalent bonds to form complexes, inhibiting multiple RNases and effectively protecting RNA from degradation.
Varicoxvirus capping enzyme
This product utilizes a methyl donor to add m7G (Cap0) to the 5 'end of RNA. The Cap0 structure can significantly enhance the stability and translation efficiency of mRNA.
Dioxymethyltransferase
This product utilizes a methyl donor and uses mRNA with a Cap0 structure as the substrate to methylate the hydroxyl group at position 2 of the first nucleotide adjacent to the cap structure at the 5 'end of the mRNA, thereby forming a Cap1 structure. The Cap1 structure is a necessary structure for the expression of most eukaryotic mrnas and can further enhance the stability and translation efficiency of mrnas.
mRNA caudase
RNA caudase derived from recombinant Escherichia coli strains can catalyze ATP to be successively incorporated into the 3 'end of RNA in the form of AMP, forming A Poly(A) structure. This enzyme has A relatively high tailing efficiency. By controlling the enzyme amount, 20 to 200 A bases at the 3 'end of RNA can be incorporated, which can significantly enhance the stability and expression efficiency of mRNA.
Biological product quality and safety control testing reagents
In the field of biopharmaceutical quality control, Baorui Biotechnology actively expands, based on magnetic bead extraction and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technology. We have now developed nucleic acid extraction or purification reagents (magnetic bead method), Mycoplasma DNA detection kits (PCR-fluorescence probe method), CHO residual DNA detection kits (PCR-fluorescence probe method), E.coli residual DNA detection kits (PCR-fluorescence probe method), and Vero residual DNA detection Our series of products such as reagent kits (PCR-fluorescence probe method) can provide professional solutions for the field of quality and safety control of biological products, and contribute to the development of the health industry with high-quality products and services.

Amplification kit

The detection time is short, and the amplification reaction only takes about 75 minutes.

Nucleic acid extraction/purification kit
