On August 29th, the first session of the 2021 Team Competence Enhancement Training Camp of Baorui Biotech was successfully held. This internal training invited senior team-building coach Si Yuan, Master of Psychology Gao Yongduan from Sun Yat-sen University, and over 70 elites from Baorui Biotech to participate in this course.
Since its establishment, Baorui Biological Company has gone through more than nine years of ups and downs. The company has maintained a continuous development momentum and achieved good performance. With the continuous growth of the team, Baorui Biology and Yingshi Human Resources have formulated six sessions of talent echelon building workshops!

The morning class was about team quality expansion and construction. Through team games, everyone deeply realized the importance of teamwork in task execution. Everyone performed their own duties and took responsibility for their own tasks. In the expansion project, they sought the golden point of cooperation and continuously formed a kind of tacit understanding. Each member of the team enhanced their confidence and courage to overcome difficulties in the progress of the project.

The afternoon course was titled "Enhancing Role Cognition to Facilitate Career Development". During the course, through various video case analyses and group discussions, everyone gained a more intuitive understanding of how to enhance the comprehension and practice of roles.
