Safety is no small matter; prevention is better than cure. Fire safety is an important and serious matter for enterprises, closely related to the safety of our lives and property. In order to further enhance the fire safety awareness of all employees of the company, improve their escape ability in emergency situations, and strengthen fire safety knowledge and drills, on July 4th, Zhuhai Baorui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. organized and carried out a fire emergency drill activity.
At 4 p.m., the fire alarm rang on time, and the emergency drill officially kicked off. This drill included three parts: emergency evacuation of personnel, fire alarm, and correct use of fire-fighting equipment. All personnel participated in the practical drill. To ensure the accuracy and reference value of the drill, the company's Safety committee invited Deputy Instructor Huang Cheng from the Nanping Branch of Zhuhai Fire and Rescue Detachment to provide on-site guidance throughout the process.
The main content of this fire drill was to simulate a fire in the circuit of the R&D floor, and how employees could save themselves and escape after the fire broke out. They were also to familiarize themselves with the use of fire-fighting equipment and extinguish initial fires. At the drill site, employees quickly ran out of their respective posts and reached the emergency assembly point. Meanwhile, under the explanation and demonstration of Coach Huang, they learned about fire safety knowledge and the use of fire extinguishers. Some employee representatives personally operated and used the fire extinguishers.
After the drill, Mr. Yang, the main person in charge of the company's safety management, delivered a concluding speech. He particularly emphasized that the awareness that "everyone is responsible for safety production" should be possessed by every employee and should be deeply integrated into their daily work. They should pay attention to, attach importance to, participate in and prevent it. Requirements are simultaneously put forward for the company's safety management work. All departments should implement the responsibility mechanism well, deepen the safety management work, and earnestly take preventive measures. At the same time, the parts that performed well in this drill activity were also commended.
Fire safety work is a long-term and arduous task.
