Take about 3×3mm ² of Arabidopsis thaliana leaves and add 100μL of Plant Lysis Buffer for simple lysis treatment. Then, take 1μL of the supernatant as a template to amplify 300bp, 600bp, 900bp and 2000bp of the target genes respectively for rapid PCR amplification, with an extension rate of 2s/kb.

The results show thatBR1A503 can normally amplify target genes of different sizes in Arabidopsis thaliana.

After simple Lysis treatment with Plant Lysis Buffer on shiitake mushrooms (fungi), strawberry pulp (polysaccharide plants), spinach (polyphenol plants), rice leaves and corn cobs, 2μL of the supernatant was taken as the template; 2μL of yeast liquid and human blood were directly taken for PCR.

The results show thatBR1A503 can not only perform rapid PCR direct expansion on common plant leaves, but also on fungal plants, polysaccharide plants, polyphenol plants, bacteria and blood.

Fresh spinach leaves, stems and roots were taken for rapid PCR direct amplification, and the results all showed normal amplification.

High fidelity definitely outperforms its peers
The result is more accurate.
The most commonly used standard Taq DNA polymerase is derived from aquatic Thermophilic bacteria. It lacks 3'→5' exonuctase correction activity, which will introduce more mutation errors during the PCR process, thereby affecting the judgment of correct results.
The high-fidelity enzyme of Hifi Master Mix in BR1A503 has a fidelity approximately 154 times that of the common Taq enzyme. The following figure shows the amplification fidelity of polymerases from different companies determined by the second-generation sequencing method.
