HEK293T is a very common expression vector in cell therapy, gene therapy and biopharmaceuticals, and is widely used in the production of proteins, vaccines, anti-cancer reagents and recombinant adenovirus coatings, etc. HEK293T cells carry specific transformation sequences that are known and have potential safety risks, such as the Adv E1A sequence and the SV40 large T antigen sequence. Therefore, relevant regulations stipulate that when preparing lentiviral vectors using HEK293T cells in products, methods with sufficient sensitivity and specificity should be adopted to detect the residues of adenovirus E1 and SV40LT antigen sequences.

This kit is based on the fluorescence quantitative PCR method. It designs primer probes for the E1A gene and SV40LTA gene, and pairs them with ready-to-use E1A&SV40LTA DNA quantitative reference materials to establish a rapid and highly sensitive real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR kit, which is used for the quantitative detection of host cells in biological products, such as 293TA dedicated kit for residual DNA of E1A&SV40LTA from cells.


This kit, when used in conjunction with the Baorui Biological nucleic Acid extraction or Purification Kit, can accurately quantify trace amounts of E1A&SV40LTA DNA in samples within as little as 1.5 hours.

This kit has undergone comprehensive methodological validation in accordance with relevant regulations, guidelines and other document requirements, and can provide performance validation reports.
