Celerscript® RTase(Item No. E12)

Celerscript RTase is a reverse transcriptase obtained by mutating and screening the M-MLV gene derived from the Moloney murine leukemia virus and expressing it through Escherichia coli. This enzyme has removed RNase H activity and has a higher cDNA synthesis ability. It can effectively achieve the amplification of complex secondary structure regions of RNA, and is suitable for the synthesis of long cDNA fragments and higher reverse transcription temperatures.

The 5×First-Strand Buffer does not contain dNTPs. Please add DNTPS when preparing the reaction system.
