Robustart Taq (ddPCR) enzyme for digital PCR

Robustart Taq (BR1) is a new generation of hot-start Taq enzyme product obtained through process improvement based on our company's antibody-modified hot-start Taq enzyme, which can be applied to digital PCR (ddPCR). When paired with an optimized Buffer suitable for PCR/qPCR/ddPCR, it can effectively promote the uniform generation of droplets in ddPCR, making them less prone to fusion. This product not only has excellent specificity but is also more effective in amplifying low-concentration templates. Moreover, it has excellent system applicability and can achieve stable amplification effects in different types of PCR reactions.
