Robustart Tth

Robustart Tth is a hot-start Tth enzyme developed by our company. It not only has 5 '-3' DNA template-dependent polymerase activity but can also be widely applied in various PCR reactions. It also has higher high-temperature reverse transcription activity in the presence of Mn²+, which can effectively eliminate the adverse effects of RNA advanced structure and non-specific annealing of primers at low temperatures on cDNA synthesis, thereby increasing the specificity of reverse transcription, improving the efficiency and yield of amplification, and can be used for single-enzyme one-step RT-PCR reactions. Robustart Tth has its activity blocked at room temperature and better specificity, which can significantly enhance the amplification effect of low-concentration templates.

*10×Tth RT Buffer Basic (Mn²+ free) does not contain DNNTP and Mn²+. Please add dNTPs and Mn(OAc)₂ when preparing the reaction system.

Antibody modification, above 90℃, hot start for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
