HEK293 Residual DNA Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit employs the PCR fluorescence probe method, with primer probes designed specifically for the conserved HEK293 sequence, and is paired with ready-to-use calibrators. It is used for the quantitative detection of residual HEK293 DNA in intermediates, semi-finished products, and finished products during the development of gene therapy, cell vaccines, and similar biological therapeutic drugs. This kit, when used in conjunction with the nucleic acid extraction or purification kit from Zhuhai Baorui, can complete the test in as fast as 1.5 hours.

This kit has undergone comprehensive methodological validation in accordance with relevant regulations, guidelines and other document requirements, and can provide performance validation reports.

Linear range: 10fg/μL-300pg/μL, amplification efficiency: 98.92%, R²> 0.99.
