Nucleic Acid Extraction or Purification Kit II (Magnetic Bead Method)

This kit uses guanidine salt solution to release nucleic acids from the sample. The nucleic acids are specifically adsorbed by modified magnetic beads. Then, under the action of the washing solution, the residues of proteins and salts are removed. Finally, the nucleic acids adsorbed on the magnetic beads are eluted with the elution solution at high temperature.
