Vesivirus Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit employs the PCR fluorescence probe method. Specific primer probes are designed for the conserved regions of the two genes of Vesivirus respectively, which are used for qualitative detection of Vesivirus RNA in cell cultures. This kit, when used in conjunction with the Baorui Biological Nucleic Acid Extraction or Purification Kit I, can complete the test in as fast as 2 hours.

This kit has undergone comprehensive methodological validation in accordance with relevant regulations, guidelines and other document requirements, and can provide performance validation reports.

The detection limit is to detect Vesivirus RNA (0.5copy/μL) 24 times, with a detection rate of no less than 95%.
