Sf Elastovirus Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

Insect cells Sf9 and Sf21 were isolated from fall armyworm as a cell line, which is often used in the production of recombinant proteins and vaccines. This kit is based on the fluorescence quantitative PCR method and is designed with primer probes targeting the conserved sequences of SFRV for qualitative detection of SFRV RNA in various biological materials such as cell cultures, secretions of experimental animals, and animal sera.

This kit, when used in conjunction with the Baorui Biological nucleic Acid extraction or Purification Kit, can detect SFRV as low as 0.5copy/μL in as little as 2 hours.

1. Detection limit

The reference material with a detection limit of 0.5copy/μL for sf elastovirus was extracted and detected 24 times respectively, and a total of 24 detection data were obtained. NCS and NTC samples are tested simultaneously in each experiment.

The results show that the NCS and NTC results are qualified. The test results of all 24 0.5copy/μL samples are positive, meeting the requirement that at least 23 out of 24 tests have positive results.
