This kit is a dedicated pathogen nucleic acid co-extraction solution based on silanoly-modified superparamagnetic microspheres. It can rapidly and efficiently simultaneously isolate high-purity pathogen DNA and RNA from clinical body fluid samples such as whole blood, lymph fluid, urine, pleural and peritoneal effusion, etc. It is widely applicable to scenarios such as metagenomic sequencing (mNGS), pathogen screening, and infectious disease research.

1. One tube for double lifting, saving time and samples
A single reaction can simultaneously extract pathogenic DNA and RNA without the need for step-by-step operations, significantly shortening the experimental cycle and preserving precious clinical samples to the greatest extent.

2. Strong sample compatibility
It covers the commonly used sample types for clinical pathogen detection, including whole blood, lymph fluid, urine, pleural effusion, ascites, etc., to meet the diverse research needs.

3. Proprietary magnetic bead buffer system
The self-developed silanol hydroxyl-functionalized superparamagnetic microspheres and pre-optimized buffer system are adopted. Under high salt/low pH conditions, it has extremely strong affinity for nucleic acids. Only the salt concentration needs to be adjusted to achieve efficient elution. No need for phenol-chloroform extraction, ethanol precipitation or column crossing by centrifugation. Say goodbye to toxic reagents and cumbersome steps.

4. Closed pipe operation, safe and compliant
The entire closed tube process is completed, significantly reducing the risk of aerosol contamination and meeting the operational requirements of BSL-2 and above biosafety laboratories.

5. Batch stability and excellent purity
After strict batch quality control, the nucleic acid yield is stable, and the purity ratio of A260/A280 is stable at 1.8-2.0. There is no residue of protein, salt ions or PCR inhibitors, ensuring the reliability of downstream experiments.
