Sf9&AcNPV Residual DNA Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit employs the PCR fluorescence probe method to design primer probes specifically for the conserved genes of Sf9 cells and baculovirus (AcNPV), enabling the quantitative detection of residual DNA in Sf9 cells and AcNPV in genetically engineered vaccines produced by the insect cell-baculovirus expression system.

This kit, when used in conjunction with the nucleic acid extraction or purification kit from Zhuhai Baorui, can complete the test in as fast as 1.5 hours.

This kit has undergone comprehensive methodological validation in accordance with relevant regulations, guidelines and other document requirements, and can provide performance validation reports.

Calibrator: The amplification efficiency of Sf9 is 96.116%. The amplification efficiency of AcNPV is 95.377%. R2 was all greater than 0.99.
