This enzyme can efficiently digest single-stranded or double-stranded DNA fragments. The activity of DNase Ⅰ is highly dependent on Ca2+ levels and can be measured by Mg²+Or Mn²+Activate. At Mg²+Under the existing conditionsDNase Ⅰ can randomly cut DNA fragments from any site. In Mn²+Under the existing conditions, DNase I can perform cleavage at approximately the same sites of double-stranded DNA.Form flat-end DNA fragments or sticky ends containing 1-2 nucleotide protrusions. When the working pH range is between 7 and 8, DNase Ⅰ has the best endonuclease activityIt can be applied to remove single or double strands from various RNA samplesDNA fragment.
