T7 RNA Polymerase

This product is a T7 RNA polymerase obtained through recombinant expression of E.coli. The T7 RNA polymerase independently developed by Baorui Biotechnology and purified through multiple stages has high transcriptional catalytic activity for different templates and nucleic acid types. Under an appropriate reaction buffer system, users can efficiently obtain a large amount of RNA products from DNA through this enzyme.

T7 RNA polymerase precisely recognizes the T7 promoter region (5'-TAATACGACTCACTATAG-3'). Starting from G in this region, it transcribed the subsequent DNA sequence into single-stranded RNA, using natural nucleotides or modified nucleotides as substrates, and through short-term in vitro transcription incubation The RNA yield of a 20μL system in a single reaction can reach over 200μg.
