E.coli Total RNA Residue Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit employs the PCR fluorescence probe method. Primer probes are designed for the conserved sequences of E.coli and are paired with ready-to-use calibrators to quantitatively detect the residual total RNA of E.coli in the intermediates, semi-finished products and finished products of biological products. This kit, when used in conjunction with Zhuhai Baorui's nucleic acid extraction or purification kit and DNA removal kit, can complete the test in as fast as 2 hours.

This kit has undergone comprehensive methodological validation in accordance with relevant regulations, guidelines and other document requirements, and can provide performance validation reports.

Linear range: 0.2fg/μL-200pg/μL, amplification efficiency: 98.68%, R2> 0.99.
