HPV18 E6/E7 Residual DNA Fragment Analysis and Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit employs the PCR fluorescence probe method. Primer probes are designed for the conserved sequences of the HPV18 E6/E7 genome, and are used in conjunction with ready-to-use calibrators for the quantitative detection of residual E6/E7 DNA fragments in biopharmaceutical samples. This kit, when used in conjunction with the nucleic acid extraction or purification kit from Zhuhai Baorui, can detect the residual amount of E6/E7 DNA fragments in as fast as 2 hours.
