E1A&SV40LTA Residual DNA Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit is based on the fluorescence quantitative PCR method. It is designed with primer probes specifically for the E1A gene and SV40LTA gene, and is paired with ready-to-use calibrators. It is used for the quantitative detection of residual DNA of the E1A gene and SV40LTA gene derived from host cells in biological products, such as HEK293T cells. This kit, when used in conjunction with the nucleic acid extraction or purification kit from Zhuhai Baorui, can complete the test in as fast as 1.5 hours.

1. Linear range of E1A target: 2.84×10⁰copies/μL-1.42×10⁶copies/μL, amplification efficiency: 99.74%, R²> 0.999.

2. Linear range of SV40LTA target: 2.84×10⁰copies/μL-1.42×10⁶copies/μL, amplification efficiency: 100.8%, R²> 0.999.
