Bacterial & Fungal Nucleic Acid Extraction or Purification Kit (Magnetic Bead Method) is used for extracting and purifying bacterial and fungal nucleic acids from cell cultures such as master cell banks, vaccines, and cell therapy products. It is applicable to high-concentration cell-based complex matrix biological products.
This product is used in conjunction with the bacterial DNA detection kit (PCR-fluorescence probe method) and the fungal DNA detection kit (PCR-fluorescence probe method). When paired with the corresponding test kit, the detection limit should not exceed 10CFU per reaction.
