Reovirus Type 3 (REO-3) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method

This kit employs the PCR-fluorescence probe method and designs primer probes specifically for the conserved sequence of Reovirus 3 (REO-3), enabling quantitative detection of REO-3 nucleic acid in intermediate, semi-finished and finished products of various biological products. The kit contains internal standards to monitor whether the extraction and amplification are abnormal and prevent false negatives. This kit contains UDG enzyme, which is used to prevent contamination of amplification products.

This kit, when used in conjunction with the nucleic acid extraction or purification kit from Baorui Biology, can complete the test in as fast as 100 minutes.

Linear range: The linear range of REO-3 detection reagent is 1.0E+01-3.0E+05copies/μL, amplification efficiency: 97.8%, R²=0.99.
