Pseudorabies virus (PRV) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit utilizes the PCR-fluorescence probe method to design specific primer probes for the conserved regions of the pseudorabies virus (PRV) genome, specifically amplifying the DNA of the pseudorabies virus. A rapid detection and highly sensitive real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR kit was established in combination with ready-to-use quantitative reference materials, which is used for the quantitative detection of pseudorabies virus DNA in intermediate, semi-finished and finished products of various biological products and drugs.

Linear range: 1.0E+01copies/μL-3.0E+05copies/μL, amplification efficiency: 98.717%, R2> 0.99.
