HEK293 Residual DNA Fragment Analysis and Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit employs the PCR fluorescence probe method. Primer probes are designed specifically for the conserved sequence of HEK293 to quantitatively detect the amount of HEK293 DNA residual fragments in the intermediate, semi-finished and finished products of biological products. This kit, when used in conjunction with the nucleic acid extraction or purification kit from Zhuhai Baorui, can complete the test in about 2 hours at the fastest.

This kit has undergone comprehensive methodological validation in accordance with relevant regulations, guidelines and other document requirements, and can provide performance validation reports.

Linear range: The linear range of the four fragments is all 30fg/μL-300pg/μL, amplification efficiency: 90%-110%, R2> 0.99.
