Hela Residual DNA Fragment Analysis and Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit employs the PCR fluorescence probe method. Primer probes are designed specifically for the conserved sequence of Hela to quantitatively detect the amount of residual Hela DNA fragments in the intermediate, semi-finished and finished products of biological products. This kit, when used in conjunction with the nucleic acid extraction or purification kit from Zhuhai Baorui, can complete the test in about 2 hours at the fastest.

Linear range: The linear range of all four fragments is 30fg/μL-300pg/μL, amplification efficiency: 90%-110%, R²> 0.99.
