5× dPCR Premix（Probe）

5×dPCR Premix(Probe) is a universal reagent used for digital PCR detection of DNA samples. It contains components such as DNA polymerase, dNTPs, UDG enzyme, reaction buffer, and specific stabilizers. The reagent also contains ROX reference fluorescent dye. For systems with the ROX channel as the quality control channel, no additional reference fluorescence needs to be added.
