E1A Residual DNA Detection Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probe Method)

This kit is based on the fluorescence quantitative PCR method. Primer probes are designed specifically for the E1A gene and SV40LTA gene, and are paired with ready-to-use calibrators. It is used for the quantitative detection of residual DNA of the E1A gene and SV40LTA gene derived from host cells (such as HEK293T cells) in biological products. This kit, when used in conjunction with the nucleic acid extraction or purification kit from Zhuhai Baorui, can complete the test in as fast as 1.5 hours.
