Universal DNA Purification Kit

The Universal DNA Purification Kit utilizes the specific adsorption of DNA by nucleic acid purification columns to recover DNA fragments from TAE and TBE agarose gels. It can also be directly used to purify DNA fragments from crude DNA products obtained by other methods such as PCR products or enzymatic digestion products, and remove impurities such as other organic compounds, proteins, inorganic salt ions, and oligonucleotide primers. The DNA purified by this kit can be directly applied to various operations such as enzymatic digestion, ligation, cloning and sequencing.
