HRV 3C Protease

HRV 3C Protease is a protease product developed by our company.
This product can specifically recognize the heptopeptide sequence LEU-Glu-Val-LeU-Ph-GLn ↓Gly and perform enzymatic digestion between the amino acid residues of Gln and Gly. It is often used to remove tags such as GST and His from fusion proteins. Its sequence specificity is much higher than that of proteases such as thrombin, factor Xa and enterokinase. HRV 3C Protease contains GST and His tag proteins, which is conducive to their removal from the enzymatic digestion system in the later stage.
