Robustart ARMS Gene-typing Premix-UNG (Probe qPCR) (002902) is based on the amplification refractory mutation system. Based on the principle of ARMS-PCR, a dedicated amplification reagent for real-time PCR qualitative and quantitative reactions using the probe method was developed, which simultaneously takes into account amplification performance and mismatched base recognition ability.
This product contains antibode-modified hot-start Taq DNA polymerase that has been genetically modified and screened to completely block the activity of Taq enzyme at room temperature. This enzyme can catalyze highly specific amplification reactions in the 5 'to 3' direction that strictly depend on the DNA template and base pairing principle. It is suitable for the detection of mutation sites with higher specificity requirements. It is especially suitable for ARMS-PCR fluorescence quantitative detection.
This reagent employs the UNG/dUTP anti-contamination system, which not only enables the effective amplification of the target gene in samples containing inhibitors but also effectively prevents false positive reactions caused by residual PCR products and aerosol contamination.
