2×Robustart Premix Omni-UNG Ⅲ (Probe qPCR)

Robustart Premix Omni Ⅲ (Probe qPCR) is a special reagent for qualitative and quantitative reactions of Real Time PCR using the probe method. Robustart Taq, a hot-start enzyme with its Taq enzyme activity blocked at room temperature, can effectively inhibit non-specific amplification caused by non-specific annealing of primers or primer polymers at low temperatures, thereby enhancing the specificity of the amplification reaction.
This reagent uses an optimized qPCR-specific Buffer formula, which can obtain a good standard curve within a wide quantitative range and accurately perform quantification.
This reagent is compatible with fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments from most manufacturers, such as Applied Biosystems, Eppendorf, Bio-Rad and Roche, etc.
