Robustart Premix OT plus-UNG (Probe qPCR) is a new type of highly stable single-tube reaction premix reagent developed by our company. This product uses highly active DNA polymerase with effectively inhibited activity at room temperature and directionally modified, which can achieve the condition of premix primers and probes into single tubes It can be stably stored at -20℃ for a long time, which makes the preparation and use of the PCR reaction system more convenient and further ensures the consistency of the test results of different batches.
This product can effectively inhibit the decline in amplification performance caused by non-specific annealing of primers or primer polymerization at low temperatures, enhance the specificity and stability of the reaction, and make the detection of low-concentration templates more stable. This reagent adopts an optimized formula of qPCR-specific Buffer and UNG/dUTP anti-contamination system, which can obtain a good standard curve within a wide quantitative range and effectively prevent false positive amplification caused by residual PCR products and aerosol contamination.
This reagent is compatible with fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments from most manufacturers, such as Applied Biosystems, Eppendorf, Bio-Rad and Roche, etc.
