One-Step Tn5 DNA Library Prep Kit (for 50ng)

One-Step Tn5 DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina is a DNA library construction kit specifically developed for the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. It is applicable to the library preparation of various purified DNA samples (genomes, plasmids, PCR products larger than 500bp). This kit fragments DNA through in vitro transposition technology and adds some adapter sequences. Compared with traditional DNA library construction methods, it reduces the demand for templates and shortens the library construction time.
This kit comes in three specifications, which are respectively suitable for library construction reactions with initial DNA input of 1ng, 5ng, and 50ng. The library constructed by this kit can be directly used for sequencing analysis on the Illumina platform after passing quality inspection.
