Biori® NGS RNA Clean Beads

Biori^®NGS RNA Clean Beads adopt solid-phase reversible fixation (SPRI) magnetic bead technology. With a specifically optimized buffer system, it can efficiently adsorb RNA and effectively remove proteins, salt ions and other impurities. It can be used to purify total RNA samples after removing rRNA, RNA products transcribed in vitro, RNA-labeled products, synthetic RNA and even RT-PCR products, etc. The purified RNA is suitable for experiments such as RNA library construction, RT-PCR, and qRT-PCR.
