Nucleic Acid Extraction or Purification Kit Ⅲ (Magnetic Bead Method)

This kit first uses proteinase K to digest the sample, then releases the nucleic acid in the sample with guanidine salt solution, and then uses isopropyl alcohol and glycogen to enhance the adsorption effect of nucleic acid on the magnetic beads.
