2×Superstart Premix plus-UNG (Probe qPCR)

Superstart Premix plus-UNG (Probe qPCR) is a special reagent for qualitative and quantitative reactions in Real Time PCR using the probe method. The novel hot-start enzyme Superstart Taq plus, which contains Taq enzyme activity blocked at room temperature, can effectively inhibit non-specific amplification caused by non-specific annealing of primers or primer polymers at low temperatures, improve the specificity of amplification reactions, and obtain more stable detection results for extremely low concentration templates.

This reagent adopts an optimized qPCR-specific Buffer and UNG/dUTP anti-contamination system, which can obtain a good standard curve within a wide quantitative range, accurately perform quantification, and effectively prevent false positive amplification caused by residual PCR products and aerosol contamination.

This reagent is compatible with fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments from most manufacturers, such as Applied Biosystems, Eppendorf, Bio-Rad and Roche, etc.
