Temperature-sensitive type UNG Ⅱ(Temperature-sensitive UNG, abbreviated as TS-UNG Ⅱ) is a temperature-sensitive UNG enzyme obtained by recombinant expression of Escherichia coli. This enzyme can catalyze the release of free uracil from single-stranded and double-stranded DNA containing uracil, but has no activity against RNA.
Compared with the conventional UNG enzyme derived from Escherichia coli genes, the TS-UNG enzyme has higher activity at low temperatures (20℃ - 37℃), is temperature-sensitive and easy to inactivate (50℃), avoiding the possible residue that may still exist after inactivation of conventional UNG enzymesThe retention activity is at room temperature against dUThe degradation of TP amplification products. Therefore, TS-UNG Ⅱ can not only be better applied to PCR anti-contamination reactions, but also perform very wellIt is perfectly matched with the RT-PCR amplification program and applied to the RT-PCR anti-contamination reaction.

TS-UNG 1U/μL

Digest the dUTP template at room temperature (20-37℃) and inactivate it by heating at 50℃ or above.
2. Suitable for reverse transcription amplification anti-contamination detection.
