Celerscript RT Premix (Probe qRT-PCR) is a dedicated reagent for qualitative and quantitative reactions in the One Step RT-PCR fluorescence quantitative probe method. The reaction process is carried out continuously in the same tube, avoiding tube opening, which can effectively prevent contamination. This product contains highly active Celerscript RTase that removes RNase H activity and a new type of hot-start enzyme, Superstrat Taq plus. It features higher reverse transcription efficiency and PCR amplification efficiency, and is suitable for high-sensitivity amplification with low-concentration RNA templates. This test reagent uses a dedicated Buffer with an optimized formula, which can obtain a good standard curve within a wide quantitative range, accurately perform quantification, and is compatible with most manufacturers' fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments, such as Applied Biosystems, Eppendorf, Bio-Rad and Roche, etc.
