RNase inhibitors (RNA inhibitors) are recombinant RNase inhibitors obtained through recombinant expression and highly refined purification. They can bind to RNases in A 1:1 form with high affinity through non-covalent bonds, thereby inhibiting the activities of RNase A, RNase B, and RNase C However, it does not affect the activities of RNase H and S1 Nuclease. This product has no inhibitory effect on Taq, AMV, M-MLV, Phage RNA Polymerases (SP6, T7 or T3), and has a stronger antioxidant capacity. It can remain stable under the condition of lower concentration DTT (less than 1 mM). It is highly suitable for fluorescence quantitative amplification detection that is sensitive to DTT concentration.
It has no inhibition on Taq, AMV, MMLV, Phage RNA Polymerases (SP6, T7, or T3).
2. It has a stronger antioxidant capacity and can remain stable under lower concentrations of DTT (less than 1mM).
