Hyperstart® Taq ligand-modified enzyme

Hyperstart Taq is a hot-start enzyme product developed by our company. It effectively isolates the activity of Taq enzyme at room temperature and has higher specificity. It can inhibit non-specific amplification caused by non-specific annealing of primers or primer polymers during PCR preparation and amplification, thereby improving the specificity and sensitivity of PCR reactions. It can achieve rapid hot start at 95℃ within 1 to 5 minutes. This product can achieve highly sensitive detection of extremely low copy templates, thereby obtaining more stable extreme amplification effects.
