2×SensiDirect® Premix-UNG (Probe qPCR)

SensiDirect Premix-UNG (Probe qPCR) is a dedicated reagent specifically designed to bypass the nucleic acid extraction and purification steps of the sample and directly conduct fluorescence quantitative (probe method) DNA amplification detection of the target gene. This product has a strong tolerance to inhibitors and can be used for direct DNA amplification detection of anticoagulated whole blood, plasma, serum, throat swabs, saliva and other samples without DNA extraction and purification. This reagent uses a mixed enzyme of anti-inhibitory amplifying enzyme and UNG enzyme, as well as an optimized Buffer system containing dUTP. It not only enables good amplification of the target gene in samples containing inhibitors, but also effectively prevents false positive reactions caused by residual PCR products and aerosol contamination.

This reagent already contains hot start enzyme, UNG, PCR Buffer and MgCl₂Ingredients such as dNTPs and stabilizers.

1.It has good tolerance to inhibitors from samples such as serum and saliva, with saliva ≤2 μ l and serum ≤30%。

2. The amplification rate is no less than 1kb/10s, suitable for rapid fluorescent quantitative PCR without extraction, and the detection can be completed within 30 minutes at the fastest.
