Neoscript Fast RT Premix-UNG (Probe qRT-PCR) (T4) is a dedicated reagent for one-step real-time PCR qualitative and quantitative reactions using the probe method, containing rapidly amplified reverse transcriptases and DNA polymerases that have been genetically modified and screened. The PCR reaction can be completed within 20 to 40 minutes. The reverse transcriptase contained in this reagent is a high-temperature reverse transcriptase that removes RNase H activity, featuring higher reverse transcription and PCR amplification efficiency, and is suitable for high-sensitivity amplification with low-concentration RNA templates.

This reagent is suitable for the routine procedures of conventional fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments, obtaining a good standard curve within a wide quantitative range and accurately performing quantification. It is also suitable for high-sensitivity rapid amplification by rapid PCR amplifiers or rapid programs. In addition, this reagent adopts an optimized formula of qPCR dedicated Buffer and UNG/dUTP anti-contamination system, which can effectively prevent false positive amplification caused by residual PCR products and aerosol contamination.
