RNase H Ⅱ is a ribonuclease that specifically hydrolyzes the phosphodiester bonds of RNA on DNA/RNA hybrid chains, but does not hydrolyze the phosphodiester bonds in single-stranded and double-stranded DNA or RNA.
The principle of action of this enzyme is: to break the phosphodiester bond that connects the RNA base to the DNA base in the 5' direction, generating a phosphate group at the 3' hydroxyl end and the 5' end of ribonucleic acid. It can be applied to PCR amplification systems dependent on ribonuclease H, qPCR, LAMP and other reaction systems.

RNase H Ⅱ 200mU/μL

It is used for LAMP probe method and as an auxiliary hydrolysis probe.
2. Specifically recognize the ribonucleic acid bases in the double strands of DNA, break the phosphodiester bond that links the RNA base to the DNA base in the 5' direction, and generate a phosphate group at the 3' hydroxyl end and the 5' end of the ribonucleic acid.
It can be applied to PCR amplification systems dependent on ribonuclease H, qPCR, LAMP and other reactersYes.
