2×Stool Direct RT Premix-UNG (Probe qRT-PCR)

Stool Direct RT Premix-UNG (Probe qRT-PCR) is a dedicated reagent specifically designed for eliminating the nucleic acid extraction and purification steps of fecal samples and directly conducting fluorescence quantitative (probe method) RNA amplification detection of target genes. It contains rapidly amplifying reverse transcriptase and DNA polymerase that have been genetically modified and screened, and can complete the PCR reaction within 20 to 40 minutes.
This product has a strong tolerance to inhibitors and can be used for direct amplification of fecal samples without DNA extraction and purification. It simplifies the detection process of fecal samples while maintaining the quality and integrity of the samples.

In addition, this reagent employs TS-UNG enzyme and an optimized Buffer system containing dUTP, which can effectively prevent false positive amplification caused by residual PCR products and aerosol contamination.
