Robustart KTaqM3 5-3 exonuclease activity deletion mutant enzyme

Robustart KTaqM3 is a hot-start Taq Stoffel fragment product developed by our company. This enzyme removes the 5 '-3' exonuctase activity of Taq enzyme and has no 3 '-5'.Exonuclease activity, with DNA polymerase activity. This product adopts a hot-start form, which can better suppress the non-interference of primers during the preparation and amplification of the PCR systemNon-specific reactions caused by specific annealing or primer polymers are applicable to multiplex PCR amplification reactions.
