AmpSeq Library Amplification Mix

AmpSeq Library Amplification Mix is an upgraded version of the AmpSeq Library Prep Kit (NM202). It is a 2× ready-to-use premix through directed evolution of Hifi HS Amp Enzyme. It has higher template compatibility, lower mutation frequency and stronger amplification sensitivity. With a carefully optimized buffer system, the AmpSeq Library Amplification Mix has strong amplification stability and can achieve highly uniform and good repeatability library amplification.

This product is suitable for PCR amplification of the vast majority of high-throughput sequencing libraries.
